Things to Ponder

Today little is going on at work, so I am left with things to think about.

• Who to vote for in the Primary Elections--without any luck from reading platforms and agendas, I have chosen to wait to see who Stacy and Clinton say is best dressed.

• Do I salvage these jeans? They are my favorite, but they have done their duties and they are suffering the effects of countless wounds. They have served me well. Though it aches my heart, I must consider putting this noble denim veteran's corps out of its misery.

• What should I make for dinner? Salad seems like the healthy choice, but sometimes salad just doesn't fit my weather-related moods. Cold=soup (but salad is easier).

• How do I work with my hair at this length? In an attempt to give Paul back the long hair he prefers, I am stuck with a mop that is too long to be spunky and to short to be manageable.

• Do I resist the urge to take State Street home. It takes (100x) longer, but I am so bored with the freeway. I see at least 6 days a week, twice a day, if not more.

So that's what I'm thinking about this January 11th, 2007. Signing out.

All great things to ponder. I do often wonder how Stacy and Clinton haven't conquered the world by now with all that style genius they've got going on.

So what did you have for dinner?
You know you could have had soup and salad!

Taking a new way home once in awhile makes things exciting. I live in a small town with only 3 traffic lights, but I still will try a new route home once in a while. Makes me feel like an explorer!

I can help you with 2 things on your ponder list. Drive home on state street half way....stop by my house and get food for dinner (we always have left overs and they microwave really fast)then take the freeway home the rest of the way. I would like that cause I don't get to see you enough!

I love short and spunky, give so much expression of the daily attitude. And salad sounds great...

keep the jeans.... they have history, and they just feel so darn great on a rainy day along with an old sweatshirt of hubbies....

love your mind....
